TESDA (TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY) is a GOVERNMENT program which offers a 2 year course to the interesting youth more particularly to the students who are less fortunate nor cannot afford their family to send in school and finished their studies. The program offered are the free assessment services, E- TESDA full online and blender training, foreign scholarship training program, free quality training for women, available tesda scholarship , online information and verification , program regulation ,seafares ratings application for assessment certification. This encourages the students to study hard and earn a quality level of education and to be assisted in getting a national certificate level 11, which is needed for the application abroad. This would serve as an incentives especially for those students who avail with the offer or scholarship and directly can be proud off with their families.
